Alas Pilipinas Men finished at third place in the first leg of the 2024 SEA V. League.

The Filipinos ended the tournament with a 1-2 win-loss record after falling against Thailand in three sets, 28-26, 25-14, 25-16, on Sunday, August 18, at the Ninoy Aquino Stadium.

Noel Kampton finished with 10 points, nine from attack and one from a service ace, to lead the Filipinos in their final game.

The host squad missed the services of team captain Bryan Bagunas who suffered an apparent knee injury during the four-set loss at the hands of Indonesia last Saturday, August 17.

Alas Pilipinas secured a podium finish after defeating Vietnam in four sets, 25-21, 25-22, 18-25, 25-23, last Friday, August 16.
