South Korean indie rock band The Rose is bringing its story beyond the stage as “The Rose: Come Back To Me” lands exclusively on Ayala Malls Cinemas' big screens from February 14 to 20.

The feature-length documentary traces the band’s emotional and often difficult journey as its members chose to walk away from the rigid K-pop trainee system to carve out their own identity in the music scene.
Known for their raw sound and deeply personal lyrics, The Rose offers fans an intimate look at the price of artistic freedom and the resilience it took to pursue it.
Central to the film is the group’s highly publicized legal battle with their former label—an ordeal that forced the band into a prolonged hiatus and tested both their friendship and commitment to music.
Through candid moments and behind-the-scenes footage, the documentary captures how the members confronted uncertainty, burnout, and personal struggles while holding on to their shared dream.
“The Rose: Come Back To Me” also introduces fans to an original song, “Trauma,” written specifically for the documentary.
Filipino fans will remember The Rose’s strong connection to the local audience, highlighted by their performance at the Smart Araneta Coliseum in January 2024 during their “Dawn to Dusk” tour.
The show further cemented their popularity in the Philippines, where their music continues to resonate with listeners.
The Rose is best known for heartfelt hits such as “She’s in the Rain,” “Sorry,” and “Back to Me,” songs that have earned the band a loyal global following for their musical transparency and emotional depth.
