More than 830,000 personnel from different government agencies have been deployed for the upcoming Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Elections (BSKE) on October 30.

During the send-off ceremony held at Camp Crame, Philippine National Police (PNP), Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP), Philippine Coast Guard (PCG), and Department of Education (DepEd) personnel were introduced to contest the upcoming elections.

Commission on Elections (Comelec) Chairman George Garcia and PNP Chief General Benjamin Acorda, as well as others, headed the simultaneous send-off as preparation on October 30.

Of the total number of 830,000 personnel, almost 188,000 are from the PNP, 117,000 from the AFP, 30,000 from PCG, and 495,000 from DEP.
