“Ang sugatan po natin ay eight yung person. Bale nadala na po sila ng rescue natin. Itong eight na to kasama yung driver ng jeepney bale lahat yung ay passenger ng jeepney yung walo na yun,” Antipolo’s Office of the Public and Safety Security Paul Edward Tabales said in an interview.
According to Tabales, a loose brake from the tourist bus caused the crash.
“Possible po si bus kasi na-loose brake siya then may na-involve dito na mga vehicles and yung vehicle na paakyat papunta ng Antipolo nabangga niya po ito,” he added.
