A total of 21,585 people, or 5,601 families, were forced to evacuate due to floods brought on by Typhoon Egay, also internationally known as Doksuri, and the southwest monsoon.
According to Bulacan Vice Governor Alex Castro, 22 municipalities and cities in Bulacan province are currently experiencing flooding as of Monday morning.
The 22 municipalities and cities are as follows:

· San Rafael
· Meycauayan
· Marilao
· Sta Maria
· Balagtas
· Bustos
· Plaridel
· Baliuag
· Bocaue
· Guiguinto
· Pandi
· Hagonoy
· Paombong
· Pulilan
· Malolos
· Calumpit
· Bulacan, Bulacan
· San Jose Del Monte
· Obando
Meanwhile, Office of Civil Defense (OCD) - Central Luzon reported that more than 189,000 people have been impacted by flooding in Region 3 and relief efforts are still underway.
On Sunday, July 30, Bulacan Governor Daniel Fernando issued a proclamation suspending work and school for the entire province on Monday, July 31.
