A 4-year-old girl has been found lifeless in a septic tank in Apayao.

According to Romy Gonzales' report in DZRH Rapido Hataw Balita, the girl was found unclothed in a septic tank in Barangay Matagisi, Unto, Apayao.

The girl has been reported missing for two days.

It was Tuesday, October 24 when relatives of the victim found the child lifeless in the said septic tank.

The child's family believes that the incident was foul play.

Authorities are currently investigating the incident.
