Four stations of the Pasig River Ferry Service (PRFS) will be temporarily closed to passengers for repair, the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) announced on Wednesday.

In an advisory posted on Facebook, MMDA said it closed the ferry stations in Valenzuela in Makati City, Maybunga in Pasig City, Lambingan in Manila, and Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP) in Sta. Mesa to give way for the repair of the pontoon.

The nine stations will remain operational, namely Pinagbuhatan, San Joaquin, Kalawaan, Guadalupe, Sta. Ana, Lawton, Quinta, Hulo, and Escolta.

The MMDA advised the public to stay tuned for updates on the resumption of operations in the said four stations.
