Under the Marcos administration's Pambansang Pabahay para sa Pilipino Housing or 4PH initiative, the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) will construct six housing projects in Bulacan that might result in up to 30,000 shelter units.

President Ferdinand 'Bongbong' Marcos Jr. on Wednesday attended the groundbreaking ceremonies for housing projects in San Rafael Heights in San Rafael's Barangay Caingin, Rising City in San Jose del Monte City's Barangay Gaya-Gaya, and Mom's Ville Homeowners Association Inc. in Pulilan's Barangay Penabatan.

Meanwhile, other DHSUD officials and concerned local government officials attended groundbreaking ceremonies for housing projects in Pandi, Guiguinto, and Malolos City.

In San Jose del Monte, nine eight-story buildings will be constructed, with an initial objective of 1,890 dwelling units and commercial space.

In the beginning, up to 3,920 residential condominium apartments will be built on a seven-hectare plot of land in San Rafael.

At least 4,050 housing units will be built in barangay Pandi, while 108 units will be built in barangay Sta for Guiguinto municipal government employees. Cruz, as well as 675 apartments in Malolos' Barangay Santor.

During the first phase of the project, a total of 12,563 dwelling units will be built.
