

Three out of seven luxury cars confiscated from Pacifico “Curlee” and Cezarah “Sarah” Discaya were auctioned off by the Bureau of Customs (BOC) on Thursday, November 20.
Among the vehicles sold at the public auction at South Harbor, Port Area in Manila were:

Mercedes-Benz G63 AMG (2022), which was sold to Simplex Industrial Corporation at P16,611,710
-
Mercedes-Benz G500 Brabus (2019), which was sold to Simplex Industrial Corporation at P15,500,000
-
Lincoln Navigator L (2021), which was sold to Lesentrell Jewelries at P7,100,000
The public auction garnered a total revenue collection of P38,211,711.00.

The remaining four vehicles, which are the Toyota Tundra (2022), Toyota Sequoia (2023), Bentley Bentayga (2022), and Rolls-Royce Cullinan (2023), were declared to have failed bidding.
According to the BOC, when a failed bidding is declared, the item or sale lot will be re-offered after five calendar days upon publication on the agency’s official website or social media page. This was in reference to Section 5.16 of Custom Administrative Order (CAO) No. 03-2020, wherein the BOC covers all modes of disposition of seized, abandoned, and forfeited goods.
The agency listed a total of eight registered bidders, representing various corporations, with one representative each.
Meanwhile, the agency also confirmed that proceeds from the public auction are deposited into the National Treasury and will be used to fund government services and development programs.
Before the public auction began, Department of Finance (DOF) Secretary Frederick Go inspected the area.
The BOC holds custody of 13 Discaya-owned luxury cars, with seven of them offered for public auction. A public viewing for the said vehicles was held from November 12 to 14, 2025, at the PUC Parking Area, OCOM Grounds.
