A day before Fire Prevention month, two individuals perished in a blaze that gutted their house in Caloocan City on Tuesday night, Feb. 28.&nbsp;
A report from the Caloocan City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (CDRRMO) said a woman, identified as alias &ldquo;Jing-Jing,&rdquo; around 40 years old, and a 9-year-old girl were trapped inside their house at Blk 57, Barangay 8, Caloocan City.&nbsp;
The child sustained third-degree burns&nbsp;and was brought to a hospital where she was declared dead on arrival.&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;
According to RH Noche Cacas, the fire was raised to the first alarm at around 10:08 PM and was declared under control at around 10:40 PM. The fire was extinguished at around 11:50 PM.&nbsp;
The Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) is still determining the cause of the fire as the amount of its damage.&nbsp;
