Nineteen casualties and 19 injuries were recorded from August 28 until the Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Elections (BSKE) day, the Commission on Elections (COMELEC) reported.
According to Christian Maño's report during DZRH Operation Tulong, Comelec spokesperson Rex Laudiangco said that the data were recorded from August 28 to October 30.
Laudiangco noted that Comelec is still verifying data regarding the recently held BSKE.
COMELEC will be conducting a press conference at the Command Center, Palacio del Gobernador, Intramuros, Manila on Tuesday.
