Another 15-year-old boy was allegedly killed by an ununiformed policeman in Barangay San Isidro in Rodriguez, Rizal, weeks after the killing of a teen in Navotas.

According to Edniel Parrosa's report in MBC Network News, CCTV footage taken at midnight on Sunday, August 19, showed that Cpl. Arnulfo Sabillo, 37, and civilian Jeffrey Baguio, 27, were seen following a motorcycle driven by John Ace Ompad, 19 years old.

Ompad said he has no idea why the suspects were following him until he reached their house.

Thinking that they were holdapers, he hurled his helmet at them to drive them away when Sabillo pulled his gun.

John Francis, 15-year-old who opened the gate for his brother, was the one who got shot by the cop's gun.

John Francis was brought to the Casimiro Ynares Memorial Hospital and was later transferred to the East Avenue Medical Center in Quezon City where he unfortunately died.

Sabillo and Baguio are currently facing homicide and attempted homicide charges filed by the Rizal provincial prosecutor’s office.

On Friday, the entire police force of the Community Police Assistance Center 5 of Rodriguez, Rizal, was relieved of their posts as part of the investigation.

According to the victim's father, Napoleon Ompad, they have yet to receive an official copy of the investigation report on the shooting.

Earlier this month, 17-year-old Jerhode "Jemboy" Baltazar was reportedly killed by Navotas police during an operation where they claimed the case was a "mistaken identity".
