A total of 14 personnel of the Simon-Basilio-Maceda Police Community Precinct (SIBAMA-PCP) in Sampaloc Police Station have been relieved from their posts, according to Manila Police District (MPD) Chief PBGen. Andre Dizon.

In a report by Boy Gonzales, Dizon said that among the 14 cops who got fired is Commander Police Major Jade Dela Torre, after a resident filed a complaint that the entire unit of SIBAMA-PCP was not on patrol and there was no police visibility in the area.

Police Lt. Palomino from the MPD-District Mobile Force Battalion will temporarily sit as the officer-in-charge of the SIBAMA-PCP.

Meanwhile, the relieved officers will join the refresher course.
