

A 12-year-old girl was injured after being stabbed by a man while waiting in line outside a TV network compound along Reliance Street in Mandaluyong City early Tuesday morning, Edniel Parrosa reported.
DZRH News arrived at the scene as Mandaluyong City police apprehended the suspect, who was found hiding in the basement parking area of the same compound where the incident occurred.
The man, who had reportedly been loitering near the queue for several days, was handcuffed and taken into police custody.
When questioned about the stabbing, the suspect refused to speak.
Initial reports state that the victim had just joined the queue the night before the attack, which occurred around 3 a.m. The suspect allegedly grabbed the victim’s cellphone before fleeing the scene.
According to the Eastern Police District, the victim is now in stable condition.
Authorities are continuing their investigation into the incident.
