Gordon Ramsay, the celebrated British chef, joked about being mentioned in NCT's Mark Lee's new song "Golden Hour."
"I'm calling Gordon Ramsay, I'm cookin' up, I'll cook you up," Mark sings. "I really don't know how I'm calling Gordon out," and "I don't know how to make eggs, but that doesn't bother me, because I know I won't ever go hungry."
The lyrics allude to an event in 2018 in which an NCT fan shared an image of Mark—referring to the singer as her "boyfriend—preparing eggs and asked Gordon for his thoughts. "Get back on Tinder!" the chef said flatly.
In retaliation for being "called out," Gordon posted a TikTok video of Mark humming his song while waiting for his phone to ring.
"I'm still waiting for my call. I hope the eggs are better now!" Gordon joked in the caption of the video.

Prior to the song's release, Mark expressed gratitude to the individual who tweeted Gordon years earlier, which resulted in the creation of "Golden Hour."
Meanwhile, Mark is also a part of the NCT subgroups NCT 127 and NCT Dream, the latter of which will perform a two-night concert at the Mall of Asia Arena at the end of April.
