A total of eight awards were taken home by the 'Broken Blooms' at the Saskatchewan International Film Festival including Best Cinematography, Best Full-Length Film, and Best Musical Score.

The film's stars, Jeric Gonzales and Teri Malvar grabbed the Best Lead Actor and Actress awards, while Boobay and Jaclyn Jose got the recognition for Best Supporting Actor and Actress.

'Broken Blooms' producer Engr. Bengie Austria urged Filipinos to watch and support the film in cinemas.

Previously, 'Broken Blooms' won 14 awards from international film festivals.
