South Korean actress Koo Hye-sun from the hit K-drama “Boys Over Flowers” will graduate Summa Cum Laude at age 39.

Hye-sun took to Instagram on Wednesday, February 14, that she “finally completed [her] long journey.”

“I have finally completed my long journey and am about to graduate on the 23rd. I am writing with a happy heart that I have achieved my goal of graduating Summa Cum Laude,” she wrote in an English translation of her caption in Korean.

The actress thanked the students and professors of the prestigious Sungkyunkwan University.

“I will not forget the grace of Sungkyunkwan University students and professors who helped me achieve small achievements one by one during the time I lost,” she added.

Hye-sun rose to fame for her portrayal of the iconic character Geum Jan-di in “Boys Over Flowers” who refused to be belittled by four rich men who ruled the school.
