The shearline, amihan, and localized thunderstorms will bring rains over parts of the country, according to Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) on Monday, November 13.

Based on PAGASA's 4 a.m. bulletin, Bicol Region, Aurora, Quezon, and Northern Samar will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to the shearline.

Cagayan Valley and Apayao will experience cloudy skies with rains caused by the Northeast Monsoon.

Ilocos Region, the rest of Central Luzon, and the rest of the Cordillera Administrative Region will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains also due to the northeast monsoon.
