The Metro Rail Transit 3 (MRT-3) has resumed its operation after successfully removing objects hanging between the Magallanes and Taft Station footbridges.

"As of 8:10 a.m., provisional service was lifted and normal operation resumed," MRT-3 management said in an advisory.

According to MRT-3, there are 18 train sets running from North Avenue station to Taft Avenue station and vice versa.

At 6:59 a.m. in the morning today, Department of Transportation (DOTr) said that the MRT-3 Control Center was notified of an object hanging on the footbridge of the train rails.
