A group of men and women from Region 1 rushed to the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) on Wednesday to claim an alleged "hidden treasure," which according to them belongs to the Filipino people.

According to the report by RH Boy Gonzales, around 1,000 people joined the strike on Wednesday morning. Most of them are from different towns in Pangasinan.

Salvador said they are carrying a document proving that there is indeed money for Filipinos hidden at the central bank.

As of this writing, the group has yet to release a statement on where they got the information.

The group said they were not going to leave BSP until a bank official reached out to them.
