The northeast monsoon or amihan, eaterlies, and localized thunderstorms will bring rains over the country, according to Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) on Friday, November 10.

Based on the 4 a.m. bulletin of PAGASA, generally, the easterlies will be affecting Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.

Batanes and Babuyan Islands will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains caused by the northeast monsoon or amihan with no significant impact.

Meanwhile, Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to partly cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms due to the easterlies or localized thunderstorms, which may cause flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.
