The Northeast Monsoon, or Amihan, shear line, and localized thunderstorms will bring rains over several parts of the country, according to PAGASA.

Based on the latest weather forecast, the Northeast Monsoon is affecting Northern Luzon, while the shear line is affecting the eastern section of Central Luzon.

Mainland Cagayan, Isabela, Aurora, and Northern Quezon will experience cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms caused by the shear line.

Batanes and Babuyan Islands will have cloudy skies with rains due to the northeast monsoon.

Also, Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, and the rest of Cagayan Valley will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains due to the Northeast Monsoon, which has no significant impact.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms caused by the localized thunderstorms.

For wind and coastal water conditions, Northern Luzon will have moderate to strong wind speeds moving from the northeast to the east, while coastal waters will be moderate to rough.

The rest of the country will only have light to moderate wind speeds, moving from northeast to east with slight to moderate coastal waters.
