Three vehicles figured in an accident along Quezon Avenue in Quezon City on Sunday, April 14.
According to RH Val Gonzales' report, a closed van carrying tonnes of ice collided with an SUV in the aforementioned area.
Ricardo Angala, the driver of the closed van, told Gonzales that he smashed into the SUV when he dodged the jeep in front of him.
Angala said he was supposed to deliver the ice to Ever Gotesco.

No one was reportedly injured in the road accident.
The three drivers were sent to the Quezon City Police Traffic Sector for investigation.
