Charice comes out of the closet

Charice owes no one any explanation!

This was what the 21 year old international singer said when she agreed to do an interview with a close friend from the press.

According to Charice, she was advised by her good friend, well-known singer-actress Barbra Streisand, that she has nothing to explain.

Pempengco added that she feels like a free bird after revealing her true feelings and is now able to love and accept the real her.

Only her outer image was changed but her voice and her talent in singing is still the same.

In line with this, her singing career is still there because she’s still in touch with her godmother, Oprah, and Ellen.

She’ll also be busy with shows in Indonesia, Germany and Japan and she also has some recording commitments in Los Angeles, California.

Charice is thankful to her fans, even to her bashers, because she came out a stronger individual after this ordeal.   (Judy Anne Abejero)

Solenn Heusaff denies tax evasion case

Actress and model Solenn Heusaff pleaded not guilty on the tax evasion case filed against her when she attended the hearing of her case at the Department of Justice.

Heusaff’s lawyer, Jay Layug, confirmed that they have filed a counter affidavit against the case.

Atty. Layug said that Heusaff has no intentions of not paying her taxes to the government.

He added that they were also deprived of due process because while they were asked to pass the necessary documents of the Bureau of Internal Revenue, the case was immediately filed to the DOJ in just five days.

Heusaff’s camp believes that there’s no probable cause to lift the case to the court.

Meanwhile, the next hearing of Heausaff’s tax evasion case will be on June 19.

In the BIR’s record, Heusaff earned 13.38 million pesos but she only declared 6.73 million pesos in 2011 and that her tax liability only surfaced at 3.6 million pesos. (Judie Anne Abejero)

Willie denies quitting because of salary issue

TV Host Willie Revillame isn’t renewing his contract with TV5 when it expires in October.  Because of this, speculations from the four corners of the showbiz industry start to pile up.  One of the alleged reasons why the controversial TV host didn’t renew his contract was that the Pangilinan-owned company refused to give in to his massive asking talent fee.

This was immediately denied by the camp of Revillame.

According to them, there’s no truth that Revillame resigned because the big bosses from the TV station didn’t agree with his 90 Million peso demand contract.

Some high ranking official from the network decided to not renew Revillame’s contract because of that.

However, the TV host’s camp insisted that Willie is resigning because he would want to give time for himself.

Prior to this, Willie made an earlier announcement during his program that he already tendered in his resignation on May 17, saying that he will focus on his business first, something that he hadn’t done in three years.

The last airing of his show is slated on October 13.   (Judie Anne Abejero)

The mother of Pambansang Kamao, Manny Pacquiao will not be left behind in their family as people from their barangay allegedly expressed their desire for her to run in the coming Barangay elections.

Aling Dionisia admitted that she was offered to run for Barangay Captain in General Santos City.

Though she said that politics run in their blood, according to her, she doesn’t have to enter politics because of that.

Her name is one of the more popular bets to win in their barangay but the “Pacmom” said that it’s not in her vocabulary to become a politician.  If people will force her, then she’ll ask one of her children to run in behalf of her.

Mommy D’s youngest son, Ruel Pacquiao lost the Congressional seat and will remain Barangay Captain of Brgy. Agopong.

Meanwhile, Jinky Pacquiao will seat as the new Vice-Governor of Saranggani while Pacman was re-elected as Congressman and his sister also won as Brgy. Chairwoman.   (Judy Anne Abejero)

Could there be truth behind the buzz that international singing sensation Charice Pempengco ran away with her girlfriend?

This latest news happened in the middle of the singer’s alleged transformation and her sexual preference that’s been the talk on most social networking sites.

Reports are still confirming whether Charice was the girl who they saw that took away the girl member of the group A.K.A Jam, from the show X-Factor Philippines. Charice was one of the judges in the said reality show.

According to news, Charice’s alleged girlfriend’s name is Alyssa Kate Quijano, and she’s gone missing for a few days now.

However, Charice’s camp is quick to deny these claims.

Charice’s mom, Raquel denied the issue that the mom of Alyssa called them up and asked to be accompanied to the Police in order to report her missing daughter.

Mommy Raquel said that it’s not right to call the incident “eloping” because they’re still not sure on Charice’s role in all these.

Meanwhile, mommy Raquel appealed to the public to refrain from judging her daughter because she hasn’t come out yet regarding her sexual preference. (Judie Anne Abejero)
